STANDARD CONDOMINIUMS
The Standard Condominiums are designed as a mixed-use development at the edge of what is to become a 32-acre urban park in Birmingham’s City Center. With nine stories containing 124 residential units (both rental and condominium) and 12,000 sf of retail space, the project’s initial phase is slated to be the largest newly-constructed urban residential infill project in Birmingham’s City Center to date.
