GA Architecture Studio: Corporate: Riverfront Development Office Building

Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio Corporate Projects RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT OFFICE BUILDING The professional organizations comprising the Tuscaloosa Riverfront Development, LLC, have recently completed a 100,000-square-foot Class A office building in the Tuscaloosa Riverfront Development District, on a 7.25-acre site between Jack Warner Parkway at the northern end of 21st Avenue and the Riverwalk Park. The project is being designed by Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio, of Birmingham. The building houses the corporate offices of the Owner companies on three floors, with one additional rentable office floor and a screened parking garage below. Additionally, the development includes a branch bank with drive-through service. Much of the remainder of the site accommodate the requisite parking, driveways and walkways to serve the building.
